Join us for a restorative winter wellbeing session designed to help you connect with nature, yourself and others during the darker months of the year.
Led by qualified Forest School practitioners from GetOut Outdoor Learning, this outdoor experience focuses on connection, creativity and calm. You’ll explore the importance of spending time in nature during winter and how it can support both your physical and mental wellbeing.
The benefits of being outdoors are vast — from lowered blood pressure and reduced stress hormones to improved immune function and positive impacts on mental health. While winter can make it harder to get outside, these sessions are designed as a nourishing treat, encouraging you to embrace the season rather than retreat from it.
Expect gentle activities, opportunities to learn new skills, moments of reflection, community connection and something tasty enjoyed around the fire.
