Standard Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted purchase returned to us, within 28 days of purchase with an original receipt. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Without a receipt

If you are returning an unused item to us, within 28 days of purchase, without a receipt we can offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the product at its current selling price.

Late returns

If your items are returned to us, outside of the 28-day period, then we will issue you with an exchange or credit note voucher.

Faulty products

If you are returning faulty products your statutory rights apply.

Christmas Returns Policy

Please note an extension to our refunds policy from 1st October to 24th December. Any product purchased within this period can be returned to us with an original receipt up until January 31st. Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
