Every dog attending must have its own ticket.

Safety

To ensure staff and customer safety, we kindly ask that dogs attending this event are well socialised and happy in the presence of other dogs and people they don't know.

Refund Policy / Time Swaps / Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable but can be swapped for other available time slots. In order to action a time slot change, login to your Universe account. Time swaps can be made up to 72 hours before the event start time shown on your tickets. If circumstances have changed and you find you are unable to attend, you can transfer your tickets to friends and family by logging in to your Universe account.
