Join us for a restorative wellbeing session designed to help you connect with nature, yourself and others, as we look towards the light of spring.
Led by qualified Forest School practitioners from GetOut Outdoor Learning, this outdoor experience focuses on connection, creativity and calm. You'll explore the importance of spending time in nature and how it can support both your physical and mental wellbeing.
The benefits of being outdoors are vast - from lowered blood pressure and reduced stress hormones, to improved immune function and positive impacts on mental health.
Expect gentle activities, opportunities to learn new skills, moments of reflection, community connection and enjoy something tasty around the fire.
