Safety is paramount and we expect runners to always follow the advice of marshals especially at points where runners are on public roads. To ensure runner safety, the wearing of earphones is not recommended. As Yellowcraig beach is a public beach there will be other non runners present and some may have off the lead dogs - please be vigilant.
