Archerfield Walled Garden presents an evening workshop for wellbeing in partnership with Di Murray and ComingUp4Air. Tickets include refreshments and light bites throughout the evening.

A wellbeing evening to help you slow down after the summer and step into the autumn with more joy and ease. 

Autumn Wellness for busy women:

When did you last get time for yourself - really good quality time - just for you and you alone? Has it been a while? Then this workshop is for you. You will spend 3 precious hours in the company of facilitator and coach, Di Murray, whose warm, engaging and interactive style will allow you to ComeUp4Air. You will have time to slow down and breathe, to explore some of the traps of a busy, stressful life and tap into the best life hacks through journaling and mindful techniques. This session will leave you refreshed and ready to step back into your life with more joy and ease. 

Numbers are kept deliberately low to give you an interactive experience and allow you to dig deep. A journal and all materials will be providedIf weather allows we will work both indoors and out so do wear suitable clothing.

About Di

Di Murray is a resilience practitioner, coach and change agent with a background in business, psychology and mental health. Living in the beautiful Scottish Borders, Di runs her own consultancy DJM Coaching and Facilitation. In 2013 she founded ComingUp4Air – space to breathe which was designed with busy people in mind and in response to a growing need for quality reflective spaces as an antidote to the madness of the modern world. She resources people with the best of psychological research, combined with her Aussie practicality and humour, allowing good emotional health to be accessible to everyone. Di currently divides her time between her work with organisations and her community work in adult mental health.

Di is passionate about helping women to become more curious, compassionate and courageous; and connect more deeply with their authentic self and inner wisdom as the means to live and lead well in their outer world.  So whether you’re a parent, partner or professional.
