We are delighted to welcome back acclaimed nutritionist, broadcaster and author Amanda Hamilton to Archerfield Walled Garden to host her ‘Nutrition solutions to…” series.
Each event in the series has a unique focus and includes Amanda’s expert advice, demonstrations and sampling, plus a Q&A.
This month we bring you Wellbeing for Women.
Nutrition has a huge effect on our mood and how our minds and bodies work.
This second event in Amanda Hamilton’s ‘Nutrition solutions to….’ Series will take us through the intrinsic relationship between good nutrition and women’s wellbeing, energy and emotional balance.
She will cover:
- The impact of hormones
- Balancing the stress & energy cycles
- Alternatives to wine o’clock
- Food and mood
- Looking good from the Inside Out
- Beating your biology - longevity diets and lifestyles
In the demonstration, she’ll serve up some comfort food ideas to keep us happy, healthy and fulfilled as the cold winter nights start to draw in.
